It is situated only 18m away from Bulgaria`s sea capital Varna and only 37miles to Varna Airport.

In the village of Karapelit there are 2 petrol stations, 2 general stores, bakers, post office, 3 cafes / bars, 1 restaurant, doctor’s surgery, nursery and primary school, barbers shop, and a chemist. The nearest hospital is in Dobrich.

The house has been totally renovated to a very high standard, but has kept its original features.
